AIA “DnA hawaii” Identity Redesign: “City Skyline Logo”
Our Inspiration
Inspired by Honolulu as modern, emerging city set against the island’s beautiful natural environment, this concept reflects Hawaii from mauka to makai, through it’s graphical representation of Honolulu’s city skyline. With a sense of place and meaning, the letter D evokes the sun, with the letter A reflective of the mountains, and the letter “n” evocative of Honolulu’s architecture rising towards the sky. The Logo was created for the annual Design & Architecture event held in Honolulu by AIA Honolulu
